SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping:

All orders placed within the United States come with free Standard Shipping. Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. If your order does not arrive within 5 business days please use reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

Shipping Delays:

We always endeavour to deliver your order on time however, there may be factors outside our control such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues which may delay your order. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

Lost Packages:

If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care Team who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases.

Damages to your order:

We do make every effort to ensure your order is shipped in good condition however, occasionally some products can get damaged during shipping so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos at info@bodiyes.com .If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted.

International Orders:

We are currently working on providing international shipping, please subscribe and wait for us, will notify you via emails.

RETURNS

Changed your mind?

We really hope you like your purchase from BODiYES however, in the event you do wish to make a return, simply follow the below instructions.

Steps to Return your Item:

If you wish to return your item, please message our Customer Care team using the contact form, providing your order number, and our team will clearly outline the next steps you need to take to return your item.

Repackage your item but if you no longer have the packaging, please make sure that it is wrapped and packaged as securely as possible.

In order for a return to be eligible for a refund please ensure you provide proof of shipping for your return within 30 days of the original purchase date of your item.

We kindly ask that you return your item to us in good condition with no signs of visible damage. Again, please be aware we do not cover the cost of the returns.

 *** Returns must be returned to us in an unopened and unused condition. We are unable to accept returns of used products.

 Once your item is received at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our returns eligibility criteria outlined below.


Following a successful inspection of your return we will process a refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account which was used to place the original order. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been used and/ or there are any signs of wear or if parts are missing.

Please be aware, we aren't able to accept any returns that have been used and which are not faulty.

REFUNDS

When will I receive my Refund?

Following a successful inspection of your return we will process a refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account which was used to place the original order.

Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

I haven’t received my refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your statement again, these incoming payments can be overlooked.

If you cannot see the transaction, please contact your card issuer company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
